Inhouse – Senior UI/UX Designer
As a UI/UX designer at Hanke Design, I am responsible for creating visually compelling and user-friendly digital experiences. My role involves conducting user research to understand the needs and preferences of our target audience, which I then translate into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, I ensure that the final product is both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. By focusing on usability testing and iterative design processes, I strive to enhance user satisfaction and engagement, ultimately contributing to Hanke Design’s reputation for delivering top-notch digital solutions.

2015 – 2019
Zilis, LLC (Telecommute – 2015 – 2017 PT Contract, 2017 – 2019 FT Employee) – Senior Designer:
Responsible for the development of creative marketing products from the startup of the company. This included creating the branding concepts and conceptualizing into design. Project Manager for all events, including oversight and participation in presentations, printed materials and photography. Fulfilled the role of Project Manager and provided onboarding of Project Management system to new employees. Responsible for social media development and publication. Daily responsibilities included creation of design, copy, layout and publication. Platforms included electronic, print, packaging, animations, three dimensional, video and social media. Built relationships and collaboration with team members and vendors from a telecommuter role.

PM International (Telecommute) – Senior Designer:
Responsible for the development of creative marketing products from concept through execution. This included electronic, print and three dimensional media in over 10 languages utilizing knowledge of marketing and advertising principles. Established and developed design solutions in accordance with brand equities, project concepts, copy, and layout. Demonstrated self-motivation, passion and advanced communication skills working in a telecommuting role.

LiveSmart 360, Inc. (F.K.A., Inc.) – Creative Director/Designer:
Created the re-brand initiative for the company in 2010. Responsible for the design of multiple print and online marketing materials and labels for a product line of more than 100 SKUs. Developed relationships with multiple print, packaging vendors and photographers to ensure the end product met desired specifications, within budget and delivered on-time.

2002- 2003
American West, Force Ten – Art Director/Designer:
Designed the new “Swing-Tag” system as well as the new company logo and branding initiative. Managed project completion by designing, coordinating photographers, contacting printers and press checks.

Miles Media Group Inc. – Graphic and Interactive Communicator:
Designed marketing materials, books, video, audio and page layouts for nineteen Florida publications and four foreign language publications.

U.S. ARMY Fort Hood, Texas – SPC Promotable:
In addition to technical training, responsible for unit business cards, special event promotional materials, and motivational coins. Honorable discharge at the rank of Specialist, SPC.
